Bundled Contributions (Lobbyist)
A list of reports filed by campaigns, parties and leadership PACs disclosing receipt of contributions bundled by lobbyists. There is also more information about lobbyist bundling reporting requirements available from the FEC.
Campaign And Committee Report by Report Summary
These files contains information for each time period during which a committee or organization that has registered with the FEC and filed a financial report. These data are available for the current election cycle and for election cycles through 2008.
Candidate Disbursements
These files contain all itemized disbursements reported by a candidate for either the House or Senate during the selected election cycle. These data are available for the current election cycle and for election cycles through 2010.You can learn more about the reporting requirements for candidates by reviewing the FEC's Campaign Guide.
Candidate Summary
This file contains information for each candidate who has registered with the FEC or appears on an official state ballot for an election to the U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate or U.S. President. The table is available for the current election cycle and for election cycles through 2008.
Committee Summary
This file contains overall receipts and disbursements for each political committee, group or individual registered with the Federal Election Commission, along with a breakdown of overall receipts by source and totals for contributions to other committees, independent expenditures made, etc.
Comnunication Costs
This file contains specific transactions disclosed to the Commission as Communication Costs by corporations and labor organizations.
Electioneering Communications
This file contains specific disbursement transactions disclosed to the Commission as electioneering communications.
Independent Expenditures
This file contains "24-hour" and "48-hour" reports of independent expenditures filed during the current election cycle and for election cycles through 2010. The file contains detailed information about independent expenditures, including who was paid, the purpose of the disbursement, date and amount of the expenditure and the candidate for or against whom the expenditure was made.
Leadership PACs and Sponsors
Candidates and members of Congress can create "leadership PACs" to raise funds to support other candidates for federal office. This file lists the PACs who have registered with the FEC as a leadership.
Lobbyist/Registrant Committee Statements of Organization
The list of PACs that are established or controlled by lobbyists or others registered with Congress for lobby disclosure. Campaigns, parties and leadership PACs who received bundled contributions from these PACs may be required to disclose that bundling activity to the FEC.
New Committee Registrations
This file lists all committees that have filed an initial Statement of Organization (FEC Form 1) with the FEC to register as a Federal committee since January 1, 2009. The requirements for registering as a committee are explained in the document INSTRUCTIONS FOR FEC FORM 1.
New Statements of Candidacy
This file lists all individuals who have filed a Statement of Candidacy (FEC Form 2) with the FEC to register as a candidate for federal office (U.S. House of Representatives, U.S. Senate and U.S. President) in a given election cycle. The file is available for one future election cycle and for election cycles through 2008.
Unverified Filers
The FEC works to ensure all filings are accurate and complete. As part of that process, the Commission asks filers whose registration forms contain questionable information to verify their accuracy. This page lists filers that did not respond and verify their information.
Notice: Reports and statements filed by political committees may be inspected and copied by anyone. The names and addresses of individual contributors, however, may not be sold or used for any commercial purpose or to solicit any type of contribution or donation, such as political or charitable contributions. 2 U.S.C. §438(a)(4); 11 CFR 104.15. This restriction applies to Federal reports and statements. Any person who violates this restriction is subject to the penalties of 2 U.S.C. §437g.
