COMMISSION MEETINGS AND HEARINGS
No Commission open meetings or executive sessions were scheduled this week.
Holmes, et al. v. FEC (Case 1:14-cv-01243-RMC). On March 20, the plaintiffs filed a Reply Brief Supporting Certification and Opposing Commission's Motion for Summary Judgment in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. On the same day, the Commission filed its Brief in Response to Plaintiffs' Opening Brief Regarding Certification.
On March 25, the Commission hosted a Webinar for Member/Labor PACs.
On March 23, Chair Ann M. Ravel discussed campaign finance regulations with a group of students in the Capstone Seminar at Gettysburg College School of Public Policy in Gettysburg, PA.

April 21: The Commission is scheduled to hold an executive session.
April 23: The Commission is scheduled to hold an open meeting.

April 14: The Commission hosts an open house in the Public Records Office from 10:00 a.m. to noon to mark the agency’s 40th anniversary. The event will highlight the agency’s efforts to ensure disclosure of campaign finance information over the last four decades. Current and former FEC Commissioners are expected to attend. The event is free and open to the public.
