The Vendor Tools contain:
Electronic Filing Specifications Requirements Format layouts and technical specifications for all reports and schedules required to be filed with the Commission.
Validation software A program designed to check files ensuring compliance with the FEC format requirements. Also included are sample files that comply with the validation specifications.
Upload Utility and Report Image Rendering Files necessary to upload validated reports to the FEC web site via TCP/IP and SSL and Files necessary to render a report image from data.
